Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Took my oldest to get her first real bike. They talked to her and asked her what she liked/wanted. When we needed some adjustments the next day they did it immediately and made sure she was comfortable with the setup.

The team at T3 is so great, they went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. My kids were doing their first triathlon and the staff was so encouraging and excited for them. They made us all feel like the most important customer.
